What do we do?
With the entry into force of the new Turkish Commercial Code and the expansion of the scope of compulsory independent auditing in Turkey, the importance of independent auditing is increasing.
To briefly summarize what we do, we examine the financial statements of businesses in line with financial reporting standards. Then, we give an opinion on whether those businesses present their financial situation and operating results in a realistic and accurate manner in all aspects. At the same time, the internal control structures of businesses, the requirements and relationships determined by regulators are among our areas of examination.

CAREER IN TAX DEPARTMENT
Who are we?
By taking part in Uygun Independent Audit’s constantly growing and developing Tax Full Certification team, we have the chance to learn and specialize in tax legislation and practices both locally and internationally.
We recruit candidates who aim to become Independent Accountants and Financial Advisors (CPA) and who have graduated from the Economics and Administrative Sciences departments of universities. As a young and expert team, we create cost-saving solutions for our customers by improving tax compliance studies.
What Do We Do As Tax Full Certification Team?
We primarily identify the tax risks of our customers in the field of Corporate Tax and ensure that the necessary corrections are made. In addition, we provide 24/7 consultancy regarding tax-related problems that companies encounter in their daily commercial lives. In this sense, it is very important for us to establish good communication with our customers and create an environment of mutual trust.

INTERVIEW TIPS
